How do I participate in the promotion?

1) Visit one of the participating outlets in Malaysia and purchase any of the qualifying Quaker products. Please retain the proof of purchase.
2) Scan the QR code to the promotional website or enter https://www.quakerfitclub.my on your web browser.
3) Fill in your personal details, agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and upload your proof of purchase.

Entries will be verified within 2 business days. You will receive an email on your entry status.
*If your receipt includes multiple qualifying products, please submit a separate entry for each product. For example, if you purchased two Quaker products on the same receipt, submit two individual entries, each with the same receipt uploaded.

Who can qualify in this promotion?

This promotion is open to all Malaysian citizens, permanent residents, work permit holders, and is valid in Malaysia only.

Who cannot qualify in this promotion?

PEPSICO (MALAYSIA) Sdn Bhd subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all other service agencies and providers involved with the Campaign, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and households of each, whether or not related. Entrants under the age of 18 are required to obtain parental consent prior to participation in the Campaign. By participating in this Campaign, such consent is deemed to have been obtained. For such entrants, the Organizer considers it the responsibility of parents and/or guardians to monitor entrants’ participation in this Campaign.

When does the Promotion period start and end?

The Promotion Period begins on 16 December 2024 at 12:00 A.M. and ends on 16 June 2025 at 11:59 P.M, or while stocks last, whichever comes first.

When does the Redemption period start and end?

The Redemption Period begins on 16 December 2024 at 12:00 A.M. and ends on 16 Jul 2025 at 11:59 P.M, or while stocks last.
*Redemption period is defined as the period when the entrant who have purchased any qualifying Quaker products within the promotional period, enters their code and uploads receipt to collect and select their rewards voucher.

May I participate in this promotion more than once?

Yes, you may participate in this promotion more than once if you have purchased more than one (1) qualifying Quaker product.

If your receipt includes multiple qualifying products, please submit a separate entry for each product. For example, if you purchased two Quaker products on the same receipt, submit two individual entries, each with the same receipt uploaded.

Is there a validation process?

Upon submission of your entry, our Quaker Customer Support team will validate your receipt within 2 business days, you will then receive an email confirming your entry.

If your entry is successful, you will receive the rewards URL to visit and select your reward. If your entry is unsuccessful, you will be notified via email stating the reasons why your claim was deemed unsuccessful.

What constitutes to an unsuccessful entry?

If your entry is unsuccessful, it could mean a few things. In order for your entry to be successful, the below must apply.

• Legible text - all text on the receipt must be clear.
• Date of purchase - must be between 12:00am 16 December 2024 to 11:59pm 16 June 2025.
• Products - must be participating Quaker products from participating retail stores.

Do I need to retain my unique participation code and physical receipt?

It is mandatory to retain or withhold a photo of your physical receipt as proof of purchase and the unique participation code that is located on the Quaker pack, as this would be the information we require to verify your purchase and entry, should you come across any issues.

Can I exchange my reward?

No, your reward cannot be exchanged for other rewards once you have received your reward voucher and reward details. Reward cannot be transferred, shared, or assigned to a different party in any other manner and/ or sale or resale.

What happens if I had misplaced my reward voucher(s) and reward detail(s)? May I request for a new one?

How will I know if I am a Grand Prize Draw Winner?

The Grand Prize Draw will be conducted on the dates stated below. A winner will be randomly selected every 2 months and announced on Quaker Malaysia's Facebook and Instagram handles. Winners will be contacted by a Quaker Customer Support agent within 7 business days via phone and email for verification. Calls will be made Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:00pm (excluding weekends and Malaysia public holidays).
